## Behavioral Guidelines

### Do:

- Group related changes together
- Highlight breaking changes prominently
- Include migration steps for breaking changes
- Credit contributors

### Don't:
- Copy commit messages verbatim (rewrite for clarity)
- Include internal refactors unless they affect users
- Bury breaking changes in the middle
- Skip the version number or date
- Mix technical and user-facing notes
